The Mission Statement of Nutrix Nursing Academy reflects the personal and professional values that define us as an educational institution. Our mission statement provides all stakeholders with a transparent understanding of our motivation, our core values and the principles that guide our daily work.
At the same time, our mission statement serves as the foundation for the continuous development of our educational services and quality standards. Through regular evaluation and updates, it acts as an important tool for sustainable quality improvement, both internally and externally.
Nutrix Pflegeakademie is an accredited training provider operating within AZAV Specialist Area 4 (Vocational Training Measures). Our primary focus is the qualification of internationally trained nurses as part of the professional recognition process in Germany. We do not offer initial vocational nursing education but support qualified nursing professionals in obtaining recognition of their qualifications and successfully integrating into the German healthcare system.
Our clients include the Federal Employment Agency, hospitals, clinics, nursing and care facilities, internationally trained nurses undergoing the recognition process, as well as other cooperation partners. In line with our mission statement, we regard their expectations as our commitment to delivering high-quality, practice-oriented and labour market-relevant educational programmes.

Our educational services are a direct response to the shortage of qualified healthcare professionals in Germany. By supporting internationally trained nurses through certified educational programmes and professional recognition, we make a meaningful contribution to addressing the skilled labour shortage in the German healthcare sector.

Our Service Philosophy
Our goal is to prepare participants sustainably and transparently for the demands of the German healthcare sector. By aligning our educational programmes with current labour market requirements, scientific findings and regular needs assessments, we provide the highest level of industry expertise.
All of our educational programmes are designed to support the long-term integration of internationally trained nurses into the German labour market. Before arriving in Germany, many of our participants already hold employment contracts with hospitals, clinics or nursing care facilities.
Successfully obtaining professional recognition enables them to work permanently as qualified nursing professionals in Germany, thereby making a direct contribution to strengthening the healthcare workforce.
