Our purpose
Our mission statement reflects the personal and professional values that define us as the Nutrix Nursing Academy. It is intended to provide our clients—including hospitals, long-term care and senior care facilities, logistics companies, students, and our employees—as well as other collaborative partners, with a clear understanding of the motivations behind our services. Furthermore, through internal and external communication to all stakeholders, this continuously improved and updated mission statement is intended to serve as a tool for the ongoing enhancement of our standards and quality benchmarks.
Our Understanding of Human Beings
Our range of services is a response to the shortage of skilled workers in the German labor market. By supporting our clients and students in obtaining recognition of international qualifications through certified educational programs, we are making an active and tangible contribution to addressing the shortage of skilled workers in Germany.
However, for us, this is not a necessary evil, but rather an opportunity to learn from one another and create added value for a forward-looking country. Racism and discrimination of any kind have no place here. Our guiding principle is “"We are looking for workers, but it's people who show up". This makes our political and moral stance regarding this important issue abundantly clear.

We are committed to preparing our students and future professionals in a sustainable and transparent manner for current conditions and upcoming practical challenges. By focusing on the actual job market and incorporating current studies and regular needs assessments, our clients can expect the highest level of industry expertise. Our primary goal is to produce personnel who best meet the professional and personal requirements of the German market. To this end, we incorporate feedback from our clients as well as our practical professional experience to regularly adapt our service offerings in a way that guides our actions.
All services of Nutrix are compatible with sustainability. We take our responsibility as a certified education provider very seriously, which is reflected in the transparency and quality of our work. Our interaction is characterized by respect, trust, and fairness, and Nutrix Academy also convinces with a high degree of professionalism and expertise. Despite high demands, learning also means making mistakes. As a company, we therefore live an open error culture and use it as a driving force for continuous improvement.
