Our philosophy represents the personal and professional attitude with which we identify ourselves as Nutrix Nursing Academy. It is intended to provide our clients, such as hospitals, nursing homes, care facilities, students, and our employees as well as our cooperation partners with a transparent overview of the motivations behind our services. Furthermore, the continuously improved and adapted mission statement should serve as an instrument for continuous improvement of our standards and quality through internal and external communication with all parties involved.
Our Understanding of Human Beings
Our range of services is a response to the shortage of nursing staff on the German job market. By supporting our clients and students in the recognition of international nursing degrees through certified educational programs, we make an active and noticeable contribution to combating the shortage of skilled workers in the nursing sector. However, for us, this is not a necessary evil, but an opportunity to learn from each other and create added value for a future-oriented healthcare system. Racism and discrimination of any kind have no place with us. Our guiding quote, "We call for workers, but people come," makes our political and moral stance on this important issue very clear.

It is important to us to prepare our students and future professionals sustainably and transparently for current conditions and upcoming challenges in practice. By orienting ourselves to the actual job market, including current studies and regular needs analyses, our clients expect maximum industry expertise. Our top priority is to produce nursing staff who meet the requirements of the German nursing market in the best possible way, both professionally and personally. To this end, we allow ourselves to incorporate the feedback of our clients as well as our experiences from professional practice in order to regularly adjust our range of services and provide guidance.
All services of Nutrix are compatible with sustainability. We take our responsibility as a certified education provider very seriously, which is reflected in the transparency and quality of our work. Our interaction is characterized by respect, trust, and fairness, and Nutrix Academy also convinces with a high degree of professionalism and expertise. Despite high demands, learning also means making mistakes. As a company, we therefore live an open error culture and use it as a driving force for continuous improvement.
